Yesterday, the Hardworking Hubby, myself and our little Tatertot got up early in the morning, packed up the car and drove 4 hours to Chicago, IL to see Dot & Ziggy at the Victory Gardens Biograph Theater thanks to Kim Moldofsky of Mom Impact and the Chicago Children’s Theater.
I know, you are probably thinking I am crazy for driving 4 hours to see a children’s show that was less than an hour long, but it was MORE than worth it!!
Tatertot LOVED it!
He danced.
He clapped.
He laughed.
He got shy.
He had fun!!!!

The kids are currently obsessed with the song Airplanes by B.o.B. with Hayley Williams.
They decided they wanted to make their own video for the song.
Enjoy & Happy Friday
Thanks to the One2One Network and Columbia Records, I was recently given the opportunity to review the new Five For Fighting album Slice which releases on October 13th, 2009. Five For Fighting’s breakthrough came in 2001 with the Grammy Nominated song Superman, from the Platinum certified America Town and was a featured song on the hit television show Dawson’s Creek.
After listening to the entire album, I have to say I kept coming back to the songs Chances and Slice, as they are both quite catchy and by far the best tracks on the album. I was not as in love with the remainder of the album as I am these two songs but still feel that overall, it is a good album. John Ondrasik does deliver some quality music, but none that are quite as catchy as Chances and Slice.
